Hello Jets!

It is a new year to start learning and reading and I am excited to be your new Library Media Specialist! I have lots of experience in teaching, in technology, substituting, and business. A Master's in Library Science and a Bachelor of Art in Sociology and Psychology helped me get into the field of education. 

My wonderful husband of 30 years and I love to spend time with family and friends, travel, cook, see Broadway shows and operas, and spend time at home with our little dog. She likes to sit on laps. We are a blended family with 3 children and 8 grandchildren. 

An exciting thing I did this summer was zipline across the Royal Gorge Canyon in Colorado. It was an amazing experience. I screamed with both joy and fear!
